I'm scared to posting new listings, does this warning have a reset counter? Or next listing will be the LAST?)

Being scared is good - best to avoid until you get firm clearance/green light - why do you think you got that message? Risky business?

Seems that they don't allow their items on eBay. You need either their official allowance or find another item to sell.
