Walmart Buyer Account Help
 

I struggle getting orders to go through on Walmart. I'm using US commercial IPs but they are likely virgin to this service (not abused). I'm using a fresh VM and all new info and including a new card number linked to US bank.

I can't seem to crack the code here, but I suspect part of it is age and part of it is buy history.

Do I need residential IPs?

Yep I'm in the USA. I don't know, it is a fresh acct I've never bought Walmart before but I got some xmas gifts I want to get. Literally everything over 10$ get cancelled actually one 10 item got cancelled too lmao. Since I'm on a dorm IP I figured it might be IP related still I know people must shop there.

I'm really at a loss! And actually it is just pissing me off on a deep emotional level that I can't order a single thing without getting cancelled lol

It's about credit card verification. I have the same problem with new Walmart buyer accounts - try calling them. I haven't done this yet but I'm still trying to get through.

Reach out to them in chat and tell them what's going on, I haven't done it recently but after doing this, the problem would be fixed

You think calling would be any different than chat? This isn't a credit card, but it is a prepaidish card (one of the reloadable ones). I have a friend that uses the same kind of card on their Walmart account so it isn't just like it is banned. It also is accurate AVS.

I was thinking it was more along the line of a risk management system. Has several different trust factors that sum up to a total trust score for each order. If your trust score on that order is too low then it gets rejected.

Just really wish there was a straightforward way to do this
