Does Mercari always tellyou if your banned?
 

I have one main account with good earnings and made a 2nd account using bluestacks. I got one warning from Mercari on the 2nd account after 3 positive sells and reviews. I had to switch laptops and download bluestacks again but now its not letting me log into that account. I don't even want to reach out to customer support because I feel like they'll see the connection to my main account. Am I just being too paranoid?

Basically I either got banned or forgot my login so should I reach out to cutomer support even though its technically a stealth account

Can you log into the account on their website?

You can always login, sometimes they are dicks and force you to use the app. load it on a phone or secure folder OS on android.

I use mercari on firefox profiles, no issues

Ugh...Mercari is by far the worst place to sell in my experience and even worse for buyers.

You can call and ask if there's a problem with your account, they usually call you back within 2 days

Sure, Mercari is not for everyone. I can't sell jack squat on Etsy but my items are selling amazingly on Mercari. Some of my items sell real well on Poshmark, and some i sell well on ebay.

Thanks for the replies everyone. Ill go ahead and reach out to their customer service. Hopefully I can regain access to the account because It already had some good age and 5star ratings

So you sell through their desktop website? I always heard it was more difficult that way. Like some features are only available through the app version

Exactly the same. Only thing that I remember is you could not respond to offers and stuff.

That method sounds easier to manage tbh. Last question, do you recommend any good online banks to use for my direct deposits?

You sell mainly clothing stuff on Poshmark? Is there a trick to it or just post nice photos and offer a lower price?

It's funny....I once tried selling clothes online in general....hated it, and after that I vowed to never, ever, ever, ever sell clothes! lol. I mainly sell accessories. Definitely, the best pictures, and good pricing helps. As with everything, I get those dumb super lowballers, and more often I get the following,
"Hi, I'm a mother of 3 kids, I work full time and I rarely spend any money on myself, I really want to buy your item but I'm on a budget....is there any way you can sell this item to me for "3 times less than what I'm selling it for"

When I get that or similar, I just ignore it.

I'm just selling off some of my clothing stuff from my own closet , used and new. Funny on my high end items I immediately get the comment like "Please email me at .... I'm so busy but want to buy your item immediately"

Scammers I tell you.

Ill release the secret. You cant login to your account because they have figured out you're a VPN more than likely. The account is likely fine unless you did something extremely risky.

Is it requiring you to enter credit card info on each account before you list items? I was able to list one item but now it asks for CC info before allowing me to list anything and it denies every card i enter.

Flagged definately. Vpn ips going into 2021 should not be a thing used for business. Residential ips is what is truly anonymous and is close to what a genuine buyer or seller would have.

Depends on the VPN provider... most are crap, super very few are trustworthy.

VPN is blocking you out. Mercari is quite good at doing this.

what sells fast on Mercari is gold,list it at scrap price and it will be sold fast.
