Alibaba is your friend. My wife has sourced clothing to sell from Alibaba stores many times.

She helped with my e-commerce stuff for the first couple years (filling orders mostly). She doesn't help me now that we have 3 kids and she's been trying to get her own thing off the ground by using me as investment capital.

She definitely hasn't hit it rich yet but I'll admit, I was surprised how much women love clothes from Ali. Each time she makes an order she will have half a dozen moms waiting on things to arrive.
