Anyone ever create a stealth Facebook Ad Account?

I'm curious what methods you might have used. After a year of not using FB advertising, I logged in to find my Ads Manager permanently restricted. I went through the appeals process, to no avail. There's no hope of restoring my old account. Any advice on creating a new account and Ads Mgr?

I've seen other sellers buy people's aged Facebook accounts and open an ads manager

It was restricted for advertising a page that was later determined to be somehow against TOS. I don't have the page anymore, nor do I want to advertise it. Everything I want to do on FB is above board, but because of that one determination, I can't advertise anything. I can't even find an email from back when they hit me with the TOS warnings. Nothing.

It can be difficult to determine if the account is e enjoy owned by the person selling it.

i created a fb account without any issues, try using a vpn
