So I have some questions about Payoneer.

I will start making accounts in countries that support Payoneer.

How long does it take to get approved by Payoneer?

I made one account already that hasn't been approved yet, my selling limit was 3/$200, is that normal?

payoneer may take weeks to approve , I have russian full stealth payoneer accounts where passports were approved immediately and utility bills needed longer , some a lot longer

3/200 is normal for new accounts

you should prepare details to open many payoneer stealth accounts , their verification is weak so everybody has been moving stealth to payoneer now

but it is better to make many stealth accounts on payoneer in order to spread out sales , eventually some accounts are likely to go down

but success rates with payoneer stealth are high as they do visual checks only and do not check databases , don't do credit checks like here in the UK where stealth was destroyed by adyen

Passport and utility bills?

So far I haven't been asked by either Ebay or Payoneer I have just asked for my ID Number by Payoneer.

usa payoneer accounts do not ask for documents on creation

payoneer will most certainly ask for documents because ebay MP can only be activated and send payouts after payoneer verification has been completed and after subsequent ebay verification has been completed

Ok so I am likely to get an email asking for ID then.

Well like you said then, better Payoneer asking for ID than Ebay, because Payoneer are a bunch of useless turds.

I would not call payoneer like this , they just do not want to suspend everyone for a smallest reason like adyen do it through ebay so the overall chances to get approved on payoneer with stealth docs are very good

I think it's more a case of them haven't had time to get their act together yet, but no doubt Payoneer will get harder in time.

Also annoying for someone who is actually new to Ebay and has to wait weeks to even get approved, they're going to lose custom
