What to do next? Need your advices

Hell. I got suspended from eBay and decided to create my own Web site (store). I want to sell some goods from Japan and Europe. My Web site is almost done, but now I don't know what to do next. Do I have to register as LLC? Can I buy items from Europe and sell them in US. If so, should I pay extra taxes? I will be very appreciated for your advices. Thank you.

You don't need a LLC, but it would be nice to have. And I'm pretty sure you only have to pay taxes in the country you live in.

Thank you for your advice. Just to make it more clear... Can I start to sell without regestration as LLC, and just pay income taxes?
P.S. I live in the USA.

Sure can. But I just registered 2 DBA's name for $10 each
