Shopify requesting documentation
 
We're a liquidation company which purchases products at a discount from auctions. We started selling on Shopify a few weeks ago to push our items over to Facebook Shops, eBay, and Google Shopping. Shopify recently put our store on hold since we have over 2,000+ different SKUs with a variety of brands. Everything we sell is 100% authentic.

Shopify's messages:
Documentation needed to verify you are an authorized reseller.
In order to continue supporting your business on Shopify, we require some additional information to verify you are authorized to resell the branded or trademarked products on your store. Please note, if we don't receive the requested documents by Jul 20, 2022, we may disable your account.

Has anyone had experience submitting invoices/documents to Shopify?

Can you call shopify's customer support and explain to them then?

Their phone support usually is good.

I will try it & see what they say...

If they don't have a good solution, what do you recommend?

While I didn't have the number of SKUs and items as you did, in January of this year, I set up an account for a few items to sell. I got hit with this request for which I submitted documents. Account still got deactivated in February with e-mail saying that funds would be available in June. In June, the funds came through without a hiccup
