Mercari Stealth VCC

I have figured out Mercari's overall system and what they allow for tax, VPN, and details. There is one key part of the puzzle that I can't seem to find without it being far too personal of information: a VCC that is AVN.

Where can you buy a VCC that qualifies or allows you to enter an address? I've checked with several services here, and it will not function, as you have to match the address to the vcc verification.

Have you tried a gift card from local shop for which you can register zipcode to your address?
