Mercari Listing Take Downs
 

Listings automatically taken down when I mention the brand or a keyword
Tried contesting it with mercari support. Showed them: authenticity cards, authenticity certificates, store receipt, credit card bank statement showing purchase of item. They still uphold their decision.

Doesn't matter how many stealth accounts I make, I cannot mention the brand or keywords or it gets taken down immediately.


Very frustrating as I see people who list obvious ⊗⊗⊗⊗ don't get listings taken down. Mercari doesn't even require authentication from those people either.


Not listing keywords or brand makes selling very difficult.


Anyone have any solution to this? How are other people able to list items without any problems.

Also if there are any useful groups on telegram you'd like to share with me, please let me know.

Sick of Mercari's customer support and non-discretionary take downs.

I had similar problems, it took down my listing first then terminated my account next, it was painful, but if it's those luxury brands once I go thru authentication process with mercari it's fine, they won't let me list it otherwise.

Unfortunately, I'm on an emulator so it's next to impossible for me to take photos the item for verification.

How were you able to do it? I was first banned from my phone so I can't take pictures with it. The verification forces you take the picture at the moment and doesn't allow uploads.

I just recently got banned on this phone so I'm looking to open stealth other ways without have to buy a new phone

Not really man. I made two accounts and they banned me for selling literally clothes. They're very strict

You sure it's the clothes? Because they usually delete the listing and let you know it's prohibited without banning you.

Will do ban when items are risky and other flags - multiple tripping...Jamesnico1998 hasn't discussed his acct setup and operation details
