Using LLC for legal "stealths"

Trying to get back on eBay and Amazon. I heard someone on the forum say they just have an LLC and create new EIN's for when their accounts get banned to make new ones. Is this possible? Or does it just make sense to just make a new sole proprietorship every time to get a new EIN?

Does amazon and ebay ask for the account holders SSN if its a sole pro? (If I remember correctly, yes)
Do they ask for account holders SSN if its a LLC? (I would imagine no, since all the point of LLC is for the account holder to not be liable)

I am just a one person business, just trying to figure out the best way to always try to get back on the platforms if they boot me off.

After doing research it seems I will have to just create a new sole pro or single llc each time, as since I am one person, I cannot form a traditional LLC (which would let me sub create multiple EINs).

I need to provide my personal information when I sign up for a business account on ebay? (SSN)

Or as the business grows, will ebay verify the LLC holder's information with me? (SSN)

I don't want to give out my personal information/SSN to ebay
