FB ID Verification *help please*

Hello

To cut a long story short my Business Manager account on FB got restricted and I now need to go through ID verification. It is a stealth account. I have creative PP document in place but it is a Jpeg copy. FB require me to take a picture of my PP to verify the account. I cannot take a picture as I don't physically have the PP, it's only available to me in jpeg.

Is there a work around for this please?
The restriction happened immediately when I created the BM account so I could start using Facebook advertising campaigns.


Any advice would be great.

can you just print the copy and then show it to FB??

create new "whatever' pp and take a picture - edit image nicely?

They want me to take a close picture of the PP. A bit like how online banks ask for pics of ID.needs to be flat with good lighting and all the edges of the ID must be included.

The creative PP is a good one but on jpeg format. But FB want a real time picture to prove it belongs to me. Showing a real time picture of the PP is the tricky part. They want to see it as though I have this right in front of me. Never mind I'll try do some more research. Thanks buddy.

that's rough you can't just do a screenshot with whatever edits

You can go to some PP service provider to do it, they can charge $30 and you will solve it. It happened to me some time ago and I solved it that way, the boy asked me for the document he had and he made a new one.
