My mercari was closed . Will i receive my pending funds ? I verified my account with SSN and ID. Any advise ?

Good luck getting an answer. They are f*cking horribly unprofessional. I have waited 2 weeks to get a response, and they have directly told me I can receive my funds back. F*cking joke of a marketplace.
