Need Help With Stripe
 

Good evening. I already have 1 stripe account, but i want to make more than 1, however I don't want them to be connected in any possible way.

My first one is currently under my personal name and surname, however, I'd love to open another stripe account which would be under company's/business name, so im thinking of opening a LLC or something similar so it can be not under my name and surname, but on a business name, while registering for stripe.

So I'm wondering if it's possible at all to get registered on stripe without disclosing your first name and surname, just simply as a company? Because i want to have multiple accounts and therefore divide the risk this way. In other words, i don't want to keep all my clients subscriptions on just 1 stripe account, because if it gets closed/shut down, i risk of losing a lot of clients. I'd rather have 100 clients subscribed between 6-8 different stripe accounts, rather than just all the clients on 1 stripe account.

Does anyone knows what would be the solution and what would be the process?

I don't see a way around not disclosing the name of the owner behind the company (you) - that being said, companies are handled differently than personal accounts so as long as you operate by the rules of the platform, I would say you shouldn't be shut down.

Are your subscriptions fine according to stripe terms and conditions? Hopefully other members will also post insight

My current stripe account is not a company, it's just a personal account under my name surname.

The main idea what i want to do is this:


I want to open multiple Stripe accounts under different companies that i'd register, i've head LLC is the easiest when it comes to stripe?

So i'd pay someone who could create me a LLC, i saw on the internet it costs 100-150$ or so and then i'd apply for stripe.

But my main concern is how to get the bank IBAN who would also be not on my real name and surname,but under a company name?

Moreover, as i keep getting more clients, I'd keep creating more stripes. I don't want to risk and keep 100 clients on 1 stripe, if a few clients would open a dispute - my stripe can be lost, so i'd better avoid this risk.

My business is not acceptable by stripe, but i name my invoices differently, i pretend i'm selling other kind of services, for example web design etc, because i'm in a high risk business, so it works perfectly by naming invoices and sending them a website that has nothing to do with that high risk business.


I just need to know if it's possible to create stripes not under my real name and surname, but under a LLC let's say , same for the bank(IBAN) and not get them all linked together?

Any more thoughts?

It is unlikely to be able to purchase a stripe account - it is similar to a bank in that there are several verifications and cannot be stealthed easily. It is a payment processor which accepts credit cards, etc

Buying payment gateway account is very risky.

- open LLC in US
- make a bank account in mercury
- apply for stripe

Careful with any dm's offering this as well - this is dangerous and can be quite risky - not only to stealing your money but also illegal

if you need credit card processing it is much easier to set up a paypal network

Yes, you can open multiple stripe accounts using separate LLCs, but each still needs a real person as the rep.use unique details and full separation to avoid linkage!
