Forum admins and moderators please help!
 

About 3 months ago bought 2 eBay accounts from JamesNorth101, 2.5 months I was waiting hoping to get valid eBay accs from this seller however I received nothing.. so when I told the guy that I can't wait anymore and no longer interested in his services (and he is got many unhappy customers like me if you read his page) and asked for refund. However he refused to give refund he is also saying that he lost access to Watsapp again and can't remember me.. So I sent him screenshots showing I paid him but even after this he is refusing to refund me. My question is .. is this inline with how sellers should operate on this forum? If no can admins help me please? Im subscribed member and been using forum for long time but never faced issue like this. Please advise, I hope it can be resolved.

I did asked a few times for you to send over the chat logs and the details for the limited accounts (because you did get the 2 accounts delivered and then you reached out to me to say they were limited a while later)

I do rember we agreed to 2 replacement accounts which have both been sent for you (via WhatsApp as soon as you reached out on the new number)

But if you could send over the chat logs for our whatsapp conversation just to clear that up please that would be perfect.

I really do apologies for the inconvenience and thank you for reaching out to me on WhatsApp to get this resolved. Both accounts that have been sent for you were also both upgraded just to make up for that

For future posts OP, consider spacing out the lines - kind of tough on the eyes to read one big paragraph :)

Currently working with James on resolving this issue, got 1st account setup today eventually , others in progress.
