For those already running TikTokShop UK stores,

I’m curious how you’re making it work behind the scenes:

• Which suppliers have been reliable for consistent 3-day handling?
• Are you going direct from supplier to customer, or routing to your own/3PL warehouse for quality checks & repackaging?
• How are you finding and validating products before jumping on trends?
• Any hacks for scaling without holding physical inventory but still keeping delivery times fast?

How do you get any sales at all on TikTok shop? I tried it for a month, got approved but had hardly any views at all before I shut it down...

Yeah, that’s super common. Most people jump in thinking it works like Amazon or eBay, but TikTok plays by totally different rules. The trick isn’t just listing - it’s getting the algorithm to notice you in the first week with the right kind of videos so it knows exactly who to show your stuff to. Once you crack that, the views and sales start showing up without you chasing them.

You make videos for your products? Like viral intended sale videos?

I would have to imagine just a few of those videos that hit surplus of views makes it extremely easy to get sales. If only Tiktok didn't ban me for stupid reasons I'd love to still have my account.

I solved my TikTok problem - I quit. Tons of work and verification crap to get onboard and not one sale. Waste of time for me.

Sometimes walking away is the smart move - less of a headache and number crunching...hopefully you didn't incur too many losses
