Well, its official, he is a scammer. Bought a PP account from him and he has been stringing me along for a week now! Asked for refund and ignored it. If admin could step in and help, that would be great.

I do not understand why you keep buying accounts from him , he was kicked out of the marketplace and does not sell anything anymore here. if you buy outside it is your risk

Murdered is correct - he is no longer selling on the forum - any agreement is outside the forum scope.

You have bought from me many times from somewhere else in the past and deicded to again

I dont reply to you for a day doesnt make someone a scammer.... also you do have the account details just have to log in. You have had them for quite a while.

Hopefully when you have done that you can post an update

Not sure who SD is tbh always just been on here as Jamesnorth101. Never used the eBay forum itself - read a bit though when updates came out but they were never really IMO that useful

Why does selling on eBay mean I need to also be posting member of eBay forums? I joined Aspkin the day I was banned on PayPal - its what brought me here. Only got into selling on eBay after that and really (and of still am) for all the knowledge this forum has brought and just how much it helped me at a time I needed it

James, you realize you can't sell to people in the forum, correct?
If people come to you outside the forum and you don't use the forum whatsoever, that's between both of you.

James has come through! Going above and beyond the call of duty. Misunderstandings do happen and small mishaps become inflamed when under pressure and distress.

James will deliver - not usually on time but have to be patient - my own experiences with him indicate delays so while not the best on deadlines, he will deliver kind of like waiting in the emergency room'ish...
