trouble listing on ioffer?

i transfered my ratings before hand. when i got to list an item it says before i list the item i need to transfer ratings. but i already did that? when i click it and do it again it says thank you and your ratings will transfer and nothing else. the item doesnt get listed.

i just transfered my ratings today so maybe i have to wait?

when to list something and its under my current inventory but when i click the item its not up and running, it says delete item or relist it. whats going on?
