Cant upgrade to seller on Ioffer? wont accept my cards
 

hi
ive setup a uk account on ioffer. i try to upgrade to seller account by adding my card but every time it gives an error? every time it says this;

Error processing credit card: Please ensure that the correct billing country is selected. If you need further assistance, please contact customer service.

all my details are correct and ive used around 7 different real credit/debit cards i have in my own name. none of them work.

the only thing i can think of is because im in hong kong and trying to regsiter a uk account (i do actually live in the uk).

ive tried contacting customer service but cant get a reply.
