Sure it is, it Just another of what is Known as a Penny Auction Site, There are thousands of them, Just Google "Penny Auction" and See.

it is really Just Borderline Legalized Gambling, those auctions are done in a Large Variety of Ways and are VERY hard to win, you wind up "Chasing" items for HOURS even Days Constantly throwing Bids, and each Bid costs a Small amount of Money, but when you Make 100 or More Bids, Well you see where I am Going......

It would be nice to put some things up for this kind of bidding - people overpay regularly for the thrill of the click ha

i dont think you are allowed to list on a penny auction site.. i thought just the company owner of the penny auction site can list,, i may be wrong, and if i am please let me know which sites i can list on..
