ioffer.com & problems with items

I got goods on ioffer woth £80, as xmas gifts, nothing like in picture, sending back will cost about £30, so how do I handle it apart from negotiate

does anyone know how ioffer disputes work? for snd

paypal has just expanded their protection for non-ebay items so proof of delivery is not enough to win now. This is a new policy as of October 2010
