OK, So my website is complete, very happy with it! Now my idea is to have it at the top of the google page, you know the one that is highlighted in white above the rest of the lisitngs in the search... How would I go about doing this?

What's the ideal amount to pick? $5 a day? Is it wise to prepay a total amount so you have some control over how much will be spent?
