am I banned from Amazon?
 

I just got suspended from ebay for the past violation from 1years ago
so I decide to sign up with amazon. I open acct with amazon 2 years ago
I did sign for with their seller central program back. And was not able to sell because they are not adding seller under clothing category.
anyways, I tried to sign up again with amazon seller central with my amazon acct I am getting this message and just stuck with this page
Am I banned if so what reason, I didnt even use amazon acct
