Buying gift cards on ioffer?

I was looking around ioffer for some e gift cards. I guess my question is are they just cons? Some of the prices are crazy. I know "seems to good to be true". Anyone ever bought one?

some of them, well, majority of the gift card is bought with a stolen credit card. That's why the price is crazy.
