As far as I know, no one has made much money there anyway, so this Isn't going to affect anyone here. There are way more alternatives that can bring you more money than that site.

They never had many listings. It was certain to happen sooner or later.

Maybe it worked well for the OP though.

To the OP, my condolences on losing a good venue. I know how it feels.

Yeah all these others will go down too soon. Those commercials advertising ipad 2's for $13.87, etc. Brand new camaro for $817.93.

Who are they going to get to sell at those prices?? they buried theirselves from the beginning. THey cant recover from BS like that. They have to get the sellers 1st. With those TV spots they lost that for sure.

Hey come to our site and sell your crap for next to nothing !!!! Its great, come on by and check it out an sign up. lol

what a joke.

i don't think you understand how those websites works....they do not have "sellers" it's the owners of the website that puts up the merchandise for sale...then bidders have to pay .50-1.00 per bid, the bid only goes up a penny though...so let's say each bid you make costs 1.00, the bid for an ipad ends at 100.00....so the winning bidder gets to buy the ipad for $100 plus whatever amount of bids they made.......but in reality, the owner of the website made $10,100 ($1 per bid X10000 bids +$100).

I do think that these type of website has to be breaking state or federal law since it seems like a lottery or raffle since you have to pay to make a bid. Time will tell though....
