im in the usa and found a seller who is selling authentic shoes at fair prices. i want to buy but obviously im not from china. is it even possible?

just google toaboa agent. there are lots of them. they will receive goods and check quality before shipping to you. I have never used an agent though because I find buying "authentic" shoes or other things more trouble than its worth.
