Normal iOffer request?
Had some fees to pay on iOffer (about $5 - they thought this was too high so put my account under a "temporary review")!!!
I cleared the balance over a week ago with my real information but the iOffer has stealth info as I didn't want any reason for PayPal to link me to anything old.
The payment went through and the balance was cleared. A week later, my account is still under review. Finally, after a million emails, they have said:
"We've noticed that your credit card information doesn't match your credit card information. Please provide a copy of your current address plus a photograph of your credit card, and we will review your account"
Is it normal for iOffer to request this? The payment went through so what's the problem? And a photo of the credit card? Even eBay don't ask for that! |
