How many positive feedbacks do u need on ioffer

Hi I am a new seller on ioffer, and my account was put on hold till i get positive feedback for the items i am selling.

my question is how many positive feedbacks do you need on ioffer before this restriction is lifted permanantely

if anyone can help me that would be great thanks !
