I woke up to this notice this morning. WTF. I shortened up their email.I only sold legit items and 100% feedback no claims on this account. I think they just used me as a stepping stone. All my merchandise is and always was legit.. well that was fun while it lasted. Time to rebuild and start over. Lucky I have multiple accounts !!!

I figure an average good account will last4-5 months top before they can your A$$ for no reasonat all..
lets see if im right i have another account with the same timeframe and same feedback no a-z or complaints ,100% feedback 5's down the line..
Lets see if it goes down...

just because you was not selling copied/phake media,it does not mean you are allowed to sell it

some copyright owners will not want you selling their products,that`s probably what has happened here

a copyright owner or someone acting on their behalf has reported you,cr@p i know but this is what happens all the time!

there is always a reason. 100% of people come on here complaining and bitching about doing nothing a getting the boot. then they continue to do what got them kicked off in the first place. i have a laundry list of at leas 30 things that most likely got you kicked off. what is so hard about selling legit, non vero, non brand items? seriously?

Sadly, this happens all the time - I even got hit with this message on an account that was NOT selling media!

All items were store bought dvd boxsets from target bestbuy walmart etc stores of that nature. What a crock! They wanted to stomp the competitor. well one down and i will be up and running by this afternoon with a new account. They will not stop me..

i think your better off finding different types of goods to re-sell

You don't have to be selling counterfeits to get that notice. It could be just that Amazon SUSPECTS that you MIGHT BE. That ould be an over-eager employee judgment call, a competitor report, or just about anything.

I even got that notice on one account that only sold BOOKS. Not ONE SINGLE DVD.

Yep this is their response since they have no real proof. Anyway the stuff I am selling is not even reproduced anywhere only original released usa. They just wanted to kick me away like a can...

I am in the same freakin situation. Thank goodness you have some other sites on the go. I however am starting from scratch and trying to figure alot out. Good luck!

Legit or not, these are risky, and there is always going to to be a good chance that the hammer is gonna drop at some point. I have two accounts that are selling media, books, and unrestricted software for over a year, and haven't had any problems since the initial new account review. Very puzzling, but I just go with the flow." Hope for the best, prepare for the worst"!=}

Yeah I have been hit with that before for selling Kitchen supplies!!!!!! am azon is such a beast

At least with Amazon, I can start listing my used DVD's on a new account without them removing it.

Those c*cksuckers at E bay always remove any listings of DVD on a new account and then give you a violation strike. E bay suspects all listings of DVD as counterfeit on new accounts.

Isn't that what pa ypal buyer's protection is for? It favors buyers more than sellers? New accounts are automatically guilty of counterfeit on E bay.

Yes, I agree. Amazon or E bay, you're automatically guilty no matter what.

Amazon is easy to beat.

I find that hard to believe. Its hard to compete selling real merch when your suppliers are big box stores like Walmart and Best Buy. Your profits must be very slim if you're doing that on a regular basis.

Nobody is doing illegal activies here. We are all just trying to live each day with some income. We are america land of the free and home of the rich not home of the poor! =} Australia included also! lol

We need to take note of the ghigh handed manner with which these monopoly sites exercise there power. They have absolutely no regard for due process. I just might go study law so I can take them down. Such blatant disregard for the law sure prompts a class action lawsuit. Any lawyers here? "Power corrupts; absolute power corrupts absolutely" ... or is this a copyrighted quote? =}
