Does anyone use or know of a very good automated article submission program? Such as Article Submitter Pro? Has anyone seen any real results?

I used some service a few months ago, it still takes a lot of time and the results weren't the best. If you can do 100 articles you could see something, but it just takes a lot of time. Not worth it to me.
