eBay Suspended & PayPal Limited Forums - do you sell on half.com?

Im confused with this Half.com. I'm looking up some items, then I'm clicking see seller other items on ebay and all results are empty.Always:eek:
I dont get it.

Not everyone who sells on Half sells on eBay. At Half, it costs nothing to list your items for sale, whioch is necessary of you have a large number of items that don't sell quickly (like used books). eBay charges.

AT WHAT POINT, will half.com ask for tax id?

i sell low price items; it will be a long time to reach 5k...
