Does Amazon Track Information from The Second User?

Our old account have 2 users. Do Amazon track information from the second user?

If IP and computer information of the second user is similar, is account linked?

how can it have two users? how only one account can be linked? linked with what?

it seems that two different users use one account from different places, right?

if so there's nothing it can be linked with, assuming all two users use one account only.
tney know you use it from different PCs but that itself shouldn't make any harm.
