need help with play.com
 

ok guys here is the problem since tuseday i cannot move my funds from play.com at the moment i now have 9k sitting there i have always been able to move my money but it stopped on tuesday.
2nd problem the money i sent the week before 14k has still not hit my bank account.
am still able to list and am still getting sales so not sure whats going on as if i was banned you would think play would stop my items selling.
no one on the helpline can help and when email i get the we will get back to you reply.
has anyone had a problem like this with play.com is this the way play gets rid of sellers or is my account under some sort of review if so how long does it last i need to buy more stock asap so need that 14k in my bank like yesterday.

I never knew that play.com was another site where anyone could sell...! Cant believe I never knew that!..Do you only use play.com or you using eBay aswell?

i have accounts with amazon and ebay but do not like ebay as its non stop problems a bit like play is at the moment.

i have had problems with play beware if you sell knock offs they even do test buys no joke . plus they have started to check every detail on invoices you send them if they don't like it you are gone . i would only sell legit items on play but then i may never sell on it again as my account deleted . i just hope they don't stop my transfers of cash it only like 3k but will see
