how do you pay ioffer fees?

SWIM owes ioffer $7 in fees. But when trying to pay, ioffer gives no option for paying with paypal. However, all the earnings are in a stealth paypal. Whats the fastest easiest way for SWIM to pay $7 in fees?

Yeah I saw that but how to get the money from a stealth Paypal INTO any of those payment options the easiest and with the least amount of money lost (meaning transferring from stealth pp to alertpay/google checkout/or avs vcc)?

I'd like to know the answer to both questions. My guess is for alertpay and ioffer you have to pay commissions (and doesn't google checkout require SSN?), and zoklet is probably a weird sex move of the kind we see and enjoy at the zoo.

The only way I know how to get money from pp to GCO instantly is by having the pp debit card attached to the GCO account, since this is stealth, you most likely don't have that card, withdraw the money, and add it to a GCO account yourself.
