@dynasty-Just ask a friend in the US (if you have one) to do the verify for you.

Also you can try Google Voice.

Google Voice, and other Digital based phone numbers are blocked from Craigslist.

Also Craigslist asks you to verify the number pretty often. It's not just a one time thing.
