Ebid

Not sure if anybody here sells on ebid. I do not as of yet. But was browsing the other day and noticed a survey. They wanted to know what other payment service people would be interested in implementing on their site. They have pp, pppay, and google now. Interesting..i saw skrill, wepay, alertpay as choices. What do you guys think?

Listed around 20 listings of my best selling products last year. Only got 2 inquires about 2 of those listing in over one year and no sales. It is waste of time.

eBid combined with several other auctions can be a nice little earner.

Maybe slow - but you have nothing to lose - and everything to gain.

I use ebid combined with other sites, they have a few sales but not nearly enough traffic as ebay :(

Bunneh 05-19-2012 03:20 PM

i have tried listing on ebid, even paid the £50 for the registration but never sold a thing

Ebayorbust 05-19-2012 03:29 PM

eBay account: 30 sales per day.

Exact same listings on ebid: 1 sale in 3 months

Slow isn't the word for it....... but it is a four letter word I'm thinking of. ;)

i fell for the life time sub to get no listing and no final sales fee

got a few sales under my belt... maybe 20 odd so far and ive been on there a few months now

not made my money back yet LOL

but its not a bad site it could become something if more and more folks get on board

soto13 07-20-2012 09:40 AM

i signed up for the lifetime with no fees..transferred in over 700 listings of auto parts and have to date sold 3 items...did not make my money back for the subscription yet. its been 5 months...

Ebid is not worth it at all.

Me as well

derbydave 07-20-2012 01:39 PM

i was on it a year or 2 ago. move all my ebay listings across, which were all selling well. sold 3 or 4 things in 3 or 4 months then gave up

prosto_prelest 08-03-2012 12:53 PM

i think it depends on what you sell. sadly they don't have ebay's traffic. it would be nice to have another auction site like ebay but without the pain in the you know what.

Has anyone ever tried selling mp3 players on ebid? Would it be worth it?
