Efficient way to keep track of whats bering sold?

For those who keeps track of what they are selling.. my "store" is getting rather big and i would like to know exactly what is selling and possibly how much I am netting in the process. So how do you guys keep track of it all?

I have 70 items now selling about 50 a day. Plus I ship a lot of stuff to amazon and use their multi channel but dont want to keep track of that just my personal shipments.

Pretty interesting spreadsheets around - you can prob take and tailor it for yourself.
