mAKING a NEW AUCTION SITE

I am desiigning a new auction site and thought I would ask some seller what they thought I should include in the site. WHat qualities do you expect in a site you intend to sell on. I mean a side the obvoius(traffic to buy from you guys). This site wil not have paypal as a a payment system the ripped me off several times and I want the sellers to feel confident that they will get paid. any feedback is aprecciated, The site is not finished yet SO I won't posting the URL.
