iOffer: Account Under Review

Hi everyone,:help:
I was going to open an seller account with I offer and all went ok, they said that they will debit my card something a small amount just to come back in few days later to verify my bank account at last, but when I try to enter that small amount it just wont go through. I try it 3-4 time and then come out with this message down below.

Code:

Account Under Review
Your account has been temporarily placed under review.

Please be sure that you have paid your fees in full. Many times, restrictions to your accounts are caused by outstanding or overdue fines not being paid.

After you have cleared your balance, please contact us here or our customer service staff regarding your account.

I send an email regarding this issue but not a respond yet?
Any suggestions?

How many days have passed since you e-mailed? If more than 72 hours, would suggest a polite and formal call to follow-up. Know all details of your account in terms of registration info in case they ask

albaniansniper 01-06-2013 04:45 PM

has not been 72 hours yet but I guess I just have to wait for now.

Major problem is iOffer do not offer phone contact.

Best I might suggest is seeing what is on their hopeless Help site.

They are known to take a long time to respond unless it suits them

:pout:

Finally they wrote back to me and Account is back.
I have the amount they deposited in the account but wont let me pass that stage.
My location is UK now what do I add?
Do I add £0.01 or $0.01 or just numbers 0.01 :noidea:

What I'm doing wrong here? :noidea:

You did nothing wrong. This is the process and it is flawed.

I sold on ioffer around a year and a half ago and had to jump through the same hoops.

Just shoot them another email to tell them about your processing error

I registered with Ioffer a while ago, go some sales pretty quickly, but they also put some of your listings under review pretty quickly, especially if they are high risk categories, ie movies etc
