Cannot Access Webmaster Blueprint after purchase!

I just purchase Webmaster Blueprint few minutes ago and follow by the instructions, it is required to download the file(trojan file inside scanned by my antivirus software) but I still download it. When click to install it, it says could not access specified device path or file.

What should I do?! HELP!

Sorry guys! I try again this morning and now it works perfectly!
Maybe yesterday night is just a glitch. Not sure what is the problem.
