half.com & used ebay/paypal info

if a bank account is used for a paypal and it was limited could it still be used for half.com? also if a cc was used just for paypal (and that went down)can it be used for a half.com and an ebay or should i scrap it and start fresh..

I would not risk it. I would start from scratch beaches.

1. Half.com is a subsidiary of eB. PP is also tied to eB. Logically, it would not be fitting to even THINK to use old info of any kind among these platforms.

2. Scrap the old cc for eB and use fresh.
