Etsy Refund for personal purchase, Direct Checkout.
 

So, I order a personal item worth 349.00 + shipping, in those areas, I did not paid via PayPal but via direct checkout, it's been two weeks since I haven't heard from the seller, she hasn't shipped the bag, so I asked for a refund.

How does Etsy process it's refunds, is it fast or do customers have to wait, until they got monies from the seller and then process the refund..?

I ask because, my sister ordered once from Etsy, she return the items as the seller sent the incorrect item, she found another seller, ask for a refund, next day she said the funds were there, fast!. But I found this other good shop, and if I request a refund not sure how long this will take, this shop looks like it sells and I do not want miss the opportunity.

Typically I would say 7-10 days to process to your cc - did you open a claim against the seller? Has the seller said he/she would refund?
