Bulk email trouble
 

Hi Folks,
Wondering if anyone here has any experience with bulk emailing ?
I'm currently sending out roughly 1000 emails per day (not spam),
but as far as I can tell, very few of these are being received, all
the ones to free email services (hotmail etc) are ending up in
the junk folder.
I've tried using several smtp servers (some free, some not),
and with a fresh setup, it arrives in the inbox, after sending a batch
of emails, and trying again, it ges to the junk folder.
So I assume that an IP/domain will be flagged if it sends x amount of
emails within a set time frame.
But there must be ways around this, can anone advise ?

I use constantcontact.com to send my emails, you might want to check it out. Most emails get through using them.

I checked constantcontact out, but for the
volume of email I'd need, they're charging $150 per
month, and this campign is only making just over double
that per month, so seems too high.
Though would prob be making a lot more if most of my
email wasn't ending up in the junk folders.. lol

Right, it cost more but it's worth it. Trust me.
