Starting my business
 

Hi everyone

I have recently launched a new business on ebay and on my own website. It has only just been set up and i'm waiting on my first order to arrive so I can start selling.

I believe I have found some niche products which have the potential to sell well and i'm hoping to find a bit of advice from the very knowledgeable people I have seen on here. The outline of my business is selling 3D greetings cards which are london themed. They are unique and I think quite appealing to tourists or anyone for that matter.

Please take a look at my website and give me any advice you feel will be useful and I might be able to cope with. I have very little website knowledge and i'm a beginner to the business world as I am 17 years old.

I have emailed some retailers to ask if they would like to sell my products in their stores and i'm currently waiting on responses from them. Any advice on approaching retailers? Do they have very strict requirements etc? Do I need my own limited company for retailers to do business with me? If so, do I also need to be 18 years old+ to do this?


Any other useful business advice regarding ebay, amazon, websites, retailers and more would be great.
