Will running a Facebook campaign get me linked?
 

OK so to drum up some more business for a certain product I'm thinking of running a paid for FB campaign. Although the business FB is set up separately I guess it's still linked to my personal FB account as I use the same log in details.

If I set up a paid for FB campaign that links to the item on eBay is there any way this could get me linked?

I'm guessing this is pretty dodgy but thought you guys might know fore sure.

Linking usually happens with use of past info. If it's your first time...there is not really an issue of linking.

Just be careful of mixing personal stuff with business since ppl will see what you are up to.

Might be wise to go stealth for facebook too...keep everything separately.

Does create links.

Look at the long term picture and decide for yourself.

I would avoid it personally.

OK so I'm thinking my best bet would be to set up a separate stealth FB account and run an campaign from there then?

FB ads work and work well but you have to have patience with them and know your audience. It took me 9 months to hit "the gold" which is the perfect set of audiences.

If you have an email list of your past buyers, upload that to create a custom audience and FB will re-target those users for you. That works really well.

To answer your question, yes, a FB ad can result in links from other users.
