I created an account. No issue.
The minute I list it I'm deactivated immediately.
Emailed them and I was only told that there was an issue with the credit card and I need to call for more information.
I am sure that each vcc is different but maybe someone had the same issue

You need to always have an active balance on it - recommendation

Also, what is suggested by an active balance ? Does that mean I can have $2 on the card and use it as a micro deposit in pp as proof the account is active?

I'm having this same problem. Any solution to this. They know I'm using gift card but they reactivated my account but said I have to use debit or credit card.

Try Walmart Gift Cards, you put in a full address instead of just a zip code. Maybe it'll pass easier as it does full AVS.
