If you're having difficulties placing your credit card on file, please ensure that your credit card billing address matches your mailing address used in your iOffer account. Please also make sure the security code you entered is correct.
Here are some common reasons why your credit card may not be accepted:
1) The information that you entered does not exactly match your credit card billing address.
2) You have already used the same credit card on another iOffer account. Each credit card can only be used for ONE iOffer account; it cannot be used on additional iOffer accounts.
As a security feature, even if the original account is closed, the same card cannot be used on any other account.
3) Your credit card does not allow automatic authorizations. If so, please try a different card.
When placing a credit card on file, we verify that that you have at least $1 dollar in your account when you register with us as a seller. After 11 days, the credit card company expires the authorization. We actually never see those $1 dollar funds even if you see in on your credit card statement, since they are just authorizations.
Otherwise, please be patient and wait a few hours before trying again. When you have exceeded the number of tries for a credit card, you may want to try using a different credit card.
