how do you install cs cart
 
i have hostgator and all the cs cart files but I can not figure out how to install it

Just upload each file and navigate to the install directory, then forward with the guided procedure, afaik. Anyway hostgator has good support.
I tried different shopping cart solutions.

host gator support is not that great I talked to over 4 different people with 30 minute waits all they told me is that they are a hosting company and they dont deal with that
