What online shopping cart do you use?

In the works of starting an online women's clothing store.

I have been looking at cubecart.com and cs-cart.com.... to use for the shopping cart on the store. Both I saw recommended on here.

I am willing to spend money on this, for better software.

What are your recommendations and experiences with different software?? THANKS!

I use 2 different applications both are free and very easy to set up.

the first is flogd.com

a very nice little store app that plugs into your paypal account. It takes about 15 to minutes set up the system, to load products about 5 minutes each. They basically give you a complete small store that you can plug into any web page you control.

see an example here ourcynic - new store on flogd

It's great for 10 to 15 products, and it helps to monetize your entire web presence

The second is mercantec.com

A free shopping cart service, they take Google checkout, paypal, trialpay, direct cc processing and they will amazon payments soon.

Bonuses with mercantec
-- They allow inline integration or a mercantec page
-- they allow a order form

and the biggie for free traffic

********They will publish your items to Google Base

The other bonus is that you get a do follow link from each mercantec page to each item page. ( this makes a difference in the serps for the urls of each of your items.)

I have also heard good things about cs cart, but I am not a developer so some it is beyond me there.

I'm using Prestashop, very easy for a newbie.
Very easy to install, a lot of modules are already inside.
A lot of languages are already there.
The interface is very easy, the free themes are not sexy, but you need to make some changes. And in the next months it will be better with the release of the version 1.1

The other one is Magento, not recommended if you are new with technology.
You need a hosting who support Magento, because it will be impossible to install.
Very powerful, but very complex for the first week to learn.

OSCommerce also in the past.
