I have created a stealth ioffer account and was wondering does my credit card information have to match the name I used on the ioffer account?

I hope by credit card you do not mean a bank issued card in your real name & info?

You should use a VCC for stealth purposes.

I went ahead and used a VCC. I only wanted to use a real CC to same time, but its better to be safe than sorry.
